Usually we consider excessive speed 40km/ph over the speed limit. So on a 100km/h highway anything over 140km/h would be considered excessive speed. An Audi R8 was clocked at 176km/h on a stretch of the Trans Canada Highway passing through Chilliwack. Think that is excessive? How about their friend who reached speeds of 265km/h. 265km/h? Really? Yes, really.

Yesterday at 7:18AM I was awakened by a phone call. Trouble. At least I thought. Who would be calling me that early in the morning. The call was from CBC News Radio. They wanted my two cents on the street racing incident regarding thirteen high-end sport cars that happened the previous afternoon.
